did you miss me? we finally made our way back to the US, but here's a snap from a very dreamy couple of days in Venice last month! Here we are having some very smart cocktails at out hotel, what a view!!! Venice is always a good idea! I have loads of pics I need to post, and hopefully Jessica will pull herself away from the computer long enough to help me post them, she's deep in a new project and working like a maniac these days!

just enough bed for this little fox at the @Sofiahotelbalkan! i'm usually staying with friends on my travels, but when we went to Sofia the other weekend to see the football game, I had a little posh treat for a night!! This was after discovering that the Starwood hotel group has a sweet discount program for immediate family members, and my brother works for one of their hotels in Honolulu! One of my faaaavoritest photos of all time, making new friends on a checkpoint on the way to the Valle de Corcora near Pereira. These young pups (I'm sure they were younger than me) were most accommodating when I asked for a photo and very cool, even if they didn't let me hold the gun.
